Changing or Cancelling a Subscription

How do I upgrade or downgrade my subscription?

If you decide to upgrade your plan, the new subscription will take effect immediately, so you can start using the additional features right away. If you're switching to a plan with fewer features—for example, moving from Pro to Standard—the change will only happen at the start of your next billing cycle. This way, you can continue enjoying your current plan's benefits until the end of your paid period.

How is the participation quota re-calculated when I upgrade?

Since your upgraded subscription takes effect immediately, your new participation record quota will also update right away. This means that if your old plan had a smaller quota, you'll instantly gain access to the higher limit of your new plan. However, any unused quota from your previous plan will not carry over—once you upgrade, the new quota fully replaces the old one.

How do I switch between monthly and annual subscriptions?

You can switch between a monthly and an annual subscription by simply purchasing a new subscription of the desired type. If you're switching to a different billing cycle but keeping the same plan type, your new subscription will be scheduled to start automatically when your current one expires—ensuring a smooth transition. However, if you're upgrading to a higher-tier plan, your new plan will take effect right away, so you don't have to wait.

What happens when I cancel my subscription?

When you cancel a paid subscription, you'll continue to have access to all its benefits—including your participation record quota and any Plus 1s you've added—until the end of your current billing cycle. After that, your subscription will expire, and you and your Plus 1s will lose access to any plan benefits that came with the plan. Once your subscription ends, you won't be charged again. If you decide to come back later, you can always sign up for a new plan.

Can I get a refund?

Unfortunately, we don't offer refunds for subscriptions that have already been paid for. Even if you cancel, your subscription will remain active until the end of its billing period, so you'll still be able to use all its features until then.
